Michael Jackson was Born in 1958 in Gary, Indiana, he became the lead singer of his family's famous Motown group, the Jackson 5. He went on to a solo career of astound success, delivering No. 1 hits song from the albums Off the Wall, Bad and Thriller. The king of pop Michael Jackson was obstinate by allegation of child molestation in his later years, and he died just before launching a comeback tour in year 2009.

Michael Jackson began performing with his four brothers in the popular pop group the Jackson 5 when he was a child. Jackson 5 group scored its first No. 1 single in  1969 year, with “I Want You Back.” at the age of 11, Jackson was appeared on TV, and at the age of 14 he had released his first solo album. A Jackson 5 TV famous cartoon series appeared in the early ’70s, and in 1976 the Jackson family, including sister Janet Jackson, launched a TV show called The Jacksons that ran for one season. Throughout the 70s,every media attention focused on Michael Jackson, who piped vocals in his high voice for “I’ll Be There,” “ABC,” and many other Top 20 hits.


Michael Jackson released lots of solo albums in the ’70s, but his great blowout came in 1979 with Off the Wall. He became the first solo artist who score four Top 10 hits from only one album, including “Rock with You” and “She’s Out of My Life.” His next album, Thriller in 1983, became the biggest selling album up to that time, selling some 45 million copies around the whole world. This time, he scored best seven Top 10 singles, and the album won eight Grammys. Although his next album, Bad in 1987, sold only about half as many copies as Thriller, it was still a terrific best-seller. In 1991, Michael Jackson signed an unprecedented $65 million record deal with Sony. That year, he released his famous album Dangerous.


In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Michael Jackson developed a reputation as an freak recluse. He moved to a 2,700 acre farm called Neverland, which he out fitted with  a Ferris wheel and wild animals. He undergo a nose job and facelift and was rumored to have lightened his skin through some kind of chemical treatment, though he said his increasing pallor was due to a skin disease. Scandal broke in 1993 when Michael Jackson was publicly accused of child molestation and undergo from investigation. The case settled out of court. In 1994, Jackson married Lisa Marie Presley; the couple later divorced. Michael Jackson again married Deborah Rowe in 1996, and the couple had two sons, Paris and Prince, before divorcing in 1999.


In  2003 November a new single "One More Chance" was released  and was also a track on new album "Number Ones".


On 13 June, 2005,  Michael Jackson was acquitted of sexual molestation of a young boy, Gavin Arvizo, in criminal court.


In March 2009, Michael Jackson annouced a shock comeback tour at the O2 Arena in London, which start in July 2009, intially for 10 dates but the total grew to a sold out 50 dates with over 750,000 tickets sold out. All sold tickets sold out within minutes of being released.

Tragic Death

Sadly, pop king Michael Jackson would never get to experience the expected success of his comeback tour. On 25 June, 2009, Jackson suffered from cardiac arrest in his Los Angeles home. He was rushed to the hospital after his heartbeats stopped and CPR attempts failed, and  finally he died later that morning. He was only 50 years old.
